PMI-ACP certification exam covers a wide range of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming (XP). It also covers agile project management principles, such as adaptive planning, continuous improvement, and self-organizing teams. PMI-200 exam is intended for professionals who have experience working on agile projects and are looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be eligible for the PMI-200 certification exam, candidates must have at least 2,000 hours of general project experience and 1,500 hours of Agile project experience. In addition, candidates must have completed at least 21 hours of Agile training. PMI-200 exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions, and candidates have three hours to complete it. The passing score for the exam is 70%.
