For me D. Full System Backup is the correct answer.

You configure file-based daily backups of the SDDC Manager instances using the SDDC Manager administration interface.

Schedule Snapshots is not a mecanism for backup. Some third-party tools to backup uses snapshot. But this is not the question about.
