Minimum four host are required for Managment domain is using vSAN as Principal Storage (mandatory). And minimum 2 hosts are required for workload domain if you are NOT using vSAN as Principal Storage. In this way we can create a VCF deployment in Standard Architecure using 4(Mgmt Domain)+2(WLD Domain) = 6

Now if we think in a Consolidated Archiceture, fourd host are the minum required but VMware recommend you an additional host to support 2 failures (FTT=2 in vSAN). In this way we need 4+1= 5 host (Recommended)

So the minimum RECOMMENDED option here, should be B. 5 host. If there was a 4 hosts as an answer, maybe should be the correct. But here is between 5 and 6.
