Currently.... recently completed. So it is going on currently or has it already be implemented?? This picture shows: PLAN, SOCIALIZE, PREPARE, LAUNCH, RUN. If we are still in step 2, it is SOCIALIZE, but if the step 2 was completed it should be PREPARE!
